Throughout the Remnant comic books we have presented the struggle of Blue Flame, son of Remnant members Flameshot and Pink Spade. Raised by his parents and friends in the Remnant, Derek found himself slowly going mad because of his natural born abilities. We have learned that in The Remnant Universe, Super abilities tend to drive the person who possesses them crazy. In his state of madness, Blue flame betrayed his parents and upbringing to join the evil group, the watchers. He has battled against what he thinks he wants and what he truly needs.
Blue Flame has dogged the red baptism ritual until now. This process will increase his powers but will forfeit his soul in the process.
What will he choose?
